📜 1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how FlowDoro - Pomodoro Timer ("the App"), developed by Altuğ Nuri ASLANTAŞ ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.

By using FlowDoro, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Apple's App Store Guidelines, and Google's Play Store Policies.

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server:

Timer sessions — mode, duration, completion status, and timestamps
Daily productivity records — focus sessions, break counts, total focus time
To-do items — task titles, estimated/completed pomodoros, completion status
Achievements and streaks — progress, unlock dates, streak counts
App settings — timer durations, notification preferences, theme selection

2.2 Data Collected by Third Parties

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may collect the following data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy:

Device identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA)
Approximate location (derived from IP address)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
Device and network information

On iOS, ad tracking requires your explicit consent via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can change this at any time in your device settings.

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

Name, email address, or any personal contact information
GPS location or precise geolocation
Photos, contacts, calendar, or other device data
Health, financial, or biometric data
Browsing history or data from other apps

Managing Ad Preferences

iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to manage app tracking permissions
Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads to manage your Advertising ID
In-App: If a privacy options button is available in the app's settings, use it to update your ad consent preferences

🔒 7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
Local data is stored in the app's sandboxed storage, protected by the operating system
We do not store passwords, tokens, or authentication credentials

While no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.

👧 8. Children's Privacy

FlowDoro is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with data, please contact us at flowdoro@babysleepdot.com and we will promptly delete it.

The ads served by Google AdMob are not configured for child-directed treatment.

🌎 9. International Data Transfers

Ad-related data collected by Google may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Google processes this data globally in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and data transfer mechanisms.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

To delete all locally stored data (sessions, todos, settings, achievements), simply uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings.
